South African National Deliveries
All South African orders are delivered using Fastway couiriers. This is a registered freight service, where you are able to track your order online. You will be required to sign for delivery, and therefore we recommend that you provide a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm, on weekdays. All orders placed before 12pm weekdays will be processed and shipped the same business day. Deliveries within South Africa ranges between R75 and R95.
Ownership and Risk
Please be aware that once your product is delivered at your specified delivery address, we require a signature for any product delivered, at which point ownership and risk of the goods purchased passes to you. We advise checking to ensure your product is intact when receiving your purchase.
In the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, then subject to the terms set out in this Delivery and Returns policy, we will ensure that you obtain a Sweet Lychee credit note of equal value.
Changed your mind?
Purchased product(s) from the Website and it’s not what you expected? You may return full price merchandise for ‘change of mind reasons’ within seven (5) days of receiving your order for a credit note of equal value (excluding shipping and handing charges).
Please keep in mind that Sweet Lychee cannot accept the returned product(s) and cannot give a refund if:
(a) the return falls outside of the stated seven (5) day period;
(b) the product(s) has been custom ordered;
(c) the product(s) is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging
Damaged of Defective Product, or otherwise not what you ordered?
For Sweet Lychee, we pride ourselves on quality. We thoroughly test all our garments to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Returned product(s) (and associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates) will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.
To return a product, please follow the instructions below:
(a) Drop us a mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org In your email, please include:
(i) Reasons for why you are returning the product(s); and
(ii) Attach a copy of the payment confirmation you received when placing the order
(b) Pack the product(s) into their original packaging including the original and attached labels/ swingtags in the case of clothing items.
We do not refund products:
(a) obtained from a source other than this Website.
(b) damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects ect.)
(c) damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
We make use of a registered mail service and shipping takes 7-21 days. After your package has been despatched, you will receive an email stating the your tracking number. It may take 3-4 days for the info to populate onto the mail service, but your package is definitely on its way to you!
If you choose to pay through our system using either a VISA or MASTERCARD, we will be notified and will carry out an immediate dispatch of your order. If you choose to make a Bank wire transfer, getting your order to you may result in a much longer process. We will not be able to dispatch any goods before the outstanding amount has been reflected in our bank account. Therefore we advice that you make use of our immediate payment system.
Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any items/pacakges that are lost in transit. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on international orders, so if you have any questions about an item with regards to sizing etc, please email us via email@example.com and we'll happily assist you! We are not able to re-route your order after it has been shipped, so please check that your billing and shipping address are correct.
International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package arrives at your local post office counter. Please call your local post office to check, as they rarely send out a first notice.
